My name is Tiffany, and I am the founder of Uniqueli MADE Co., a resource and empowerment platform created to help people with disabilities navigate life with greater confidence, independence, and opportunity. As a disabled woman, entrepreneur, author, Certified Insight Coach, and advocate, I have spent years learning how to navigate systems that often overlook the unique needs and experiences of the disability community. Those experiences shaped not only who I am, but also the mission that inspired me to create Uniqueli MADE Co.
I was born with Cerebral Palsy and was not expected to live past my first birthday. Yet throughout my life, I have continued to challenge expectations, pursue my goals, and create opportunities where few seemed to exist. Living with a disability has taught me resilience, creativity, adaptability, and the importance of self-advocacy. It has also given me a firsthand understanding of the barriers many disabled individuals face when searching for employment, housing, community resources, and personal development opportunities. I know what it feels like to have questions and struggle to find clear answers, and I know how exhausting it can be to navigate complex systems without adequate support.
As an Afro-Latina woman with Caribbean roots, I also understand the importance of identity, representation, and belonging. My experiences have taught me that every person’s journey is unique, and that true empowerment comes from embracing who you are while building a life that aligns with your goals and values. Throughout my personal and professional journey, I have remained passionate about helping others recognize their strengths, overcome obstacles, and create pathways toward greater independence and fulfillment.
Uniqueli MADE Co. was born from the belief that disabled individuals deserve access to practical resources, valuable information, and supportive guidance without having to search endlessly for it. What started as a personal desire to make information more accessible evolved into a mission-driven business focused on helping people navigate career development, housing, life transitions, self-advocacy, and personal growth. Every resource I create is designed with lived experience, compassion, and a commitment to helping others make informed decisions about their futures.
In addition to leading Uniqueli MADE Co., I am also an author who believes deeply in the power of storytelling, education, and community. Whether through writing, coaching, advocacy, or creating resources, my goal is to encourage people to see possibilities beyond their circumstances. Disability is an important part of my story, but it is not the whole story. I believe people are more than the challenges they face, and I am committed to helping others recognize their worth, embrace their potential, and build lives that reflect their unique dreams and aspirations.
